You are cordially welcome to spend your time in this island paradise of Eleuthera.  TommiBahama, our 2 bedroom/1 bath home, is located on a bluff overlooking the turquoise Caribbean Sea where you can relax while watching the sunset and searching for the "Green Flash".  In the evening you will gaze at a night sky of brilliant stars, while watching for shooting stars.

Our waterfront location and private lagoon gives you a breathtaking view.  It's about the ocean at TommiBahama. The lagoon is accessible by private stairs which lead you straight to the water.  Take corn and feed the fish and watch the lagoon transform into your own private aquarium.  Grab your snorkel and observe the amazing private environment at this extraordinary spot.  It just doesn't get any better than this.

This intimate island of rolling hills and lush green vegetation gives you the feeling of yesteryear.  The quaint settlements have a history of Loyalists who arrived 300 years ago and named this island "Eleuthera", which means "Freedom" in Greek.  The island of Eleuthera is considered to be one of the prettiest islands in the Bahamas.

We have miles of pink sand beaches, tucked away coves, towering cliffs and bluffs.  The nearest settlement, Gregory Town, is a charming Bahamian village within walking distance of the house.  There are many amenities found in Gregory Town.  Fishing boats come in every afternoon at dockside where you can get your dinner of fresh fish, lobster, and the delicious conch.  And, if you don't feel like cooking there is a great "take away".  If you are a surfer, the world Famous Surfer's Beach is close by.  This beach is also a shell collector's dream come true.  In June Gregory Town is host to the annual "Pineapple Festival".  Nearby are the mile long Hatchet Bay caves.  There is plenty to do in Eleuthera... You can snorkel in wonderful sheltered bays, SCUBA, deep sea fishing, sailing, or just do nothing and let the stress just wash away.
