The minimum rental is for one week and runs from Saturday afternoon to Saturday morning (7 nights). Additional nights can be added only if the following week is not being used. A $500 refundable deposit is required with your reservation to hold your time.    If multiple parties inquire about the same rental period, the first deposit received holds the time. 

Complete payment is due four weeks prior to your arrival.  When full rental payment is received your $500 rental hold deposit will become a security deposit.   This will be fully refunded, within 2 weeks after you leave, if there is no damage, missing items and no additional clean up due to misuse of the house or contents.

Price is based on 2 person occupancy - however up to 4 people can occupy our home.  Add $100 per week per additional person - up to 2 extra people.  No pets.  No children under 16 without homeowner's pre-approval - due to the cliff side location.  Check in time is any time after 2pm Saturday.  Check out is by 10am the following Saturday.  This allows us time to clean between renters.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Your deposit will be refunded in full if we are notified no less than 60 days prior to the time reserved. If less than 60 days notice is given, the refund will depend on whether or not another rental is obtained for your time period.   However, due to the high number of early requests for Holiday time  - we do not provide refunds due to cancellation less than 90 days prior to Holiday times.  Unless we can get another rental before the Holiday itself - you must re-schedule.  Also, for Hurricanes - we will gladly reschedule your visit due to a Hurricane.

RENTAL INFO
Basic items are expensive on the island.  We would recommend you bring a few rolls of toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap and body soap.  We usually keep a small supply of these at the house, but they go fast.
