as tenant of said premises, am renting these premises at my own risk. I thereby fully realize that these premises
are located on a cliff overlooking the water and being fully aware of all the
dangers inherent in the location and geography of said premises. I assume all risks associated therewith. I also am fully
aware of all the dangers associated with the stairs that lead straight down to
the lagoon, and I also assume all risks associated therewith.
I therefore release Tom Devany, the landlord, from any and all liability in connection with any loss or damage or bodily injury that I, and anyone visiting or staying with me, may suffer while a tenant on said premise.
