The first deposit received for a rental period will hold the time in that person’s name. Please be aware that full payment for the rental period is due 4 weeks prior to the rental period – in addition to the $500 hold deposit. Upon receipt of full payment, the hold deposit will convert to a damage deposit. Damage deposit will be returned within 2 weeks after you leave, if there is no damage, missing items and no additional clean up due to misuse of the house or contents.
